Last updated: June 2026. This policy outlines when refunds are available for services purchased through i-rana.com and the process for requesting them.
Digital marketing services involve significant time, expertise, and third-party costs (link placements, distribution fees, ad spend). Because of this, refund eligibility differs by service type and delivery stage. This policy is designed to be fair to both clients and service provider.
Before work begins: If you cancel an order before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 2–5%).
Partially delivered work: If work has begun but not been completed, a partial refund is available based on the percentage of work not yet delivered. The delivered portion is non-refundable.
Non-delivery: If i-rana.com fails to deliver the agreed scope within the agreed timeframe without prior notice or rescheduling, you are entitled to a full refund.
The following services are not eligible for refunds once work has been delivered:
SEO and content services where the deliverables (reports, written content, on-page changes, link placements) have been completed and delivered — because the work product has been received and rankings/traffic are influenced by many factors outside the service provider's control.
Link building services where links have been placed on third-party websites — because the placement cost and outreach effort cannot be recovered once a link is live.
Press release distribution services once the press release has been submitted to distribution channels — because distribution cannot be recalled.
Ad management services for months in which management work was performed — because the labor of account management has been delivered regardless of ad platform performance.
SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising services are performance-based, but results depend on many factors outside our control: search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, client website changes, hosting issues, and market conditions. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with search rankings, traffic numbers, or conversion rates that occur after services have been properly delivered.
Any guarantees of specific ranking positions or traffic volumes given verbally or in writing by third parties claiming to represent i-rana.com are not valid. Official guarantees are only those documented in your service agreement.
Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The final month is billed in full if notice is provided after billing. No refunds are issued for the current billing month once work for that month has commenced. There are no cancellation fees.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date or invoice date (whichever applies) at [email protected] with your order ID, the reason for the request, and any relevant supporting details. We will respond within 5 business days with a decision and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by replying to the decision email with additional evidence. All disputes will be reviewed in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal remedy.
